What Content Management System is Best?

We designs custom templates and websites for the following:

What is the best CMS, Responsive Website Program to use?

People often ask me this question. As a professional web designer my choice is still only based on my personal opinion. But, I do like the question. For me it depends on what I plan to do.

What website tools to use is never an easy choice. You must consider more than just what experts recommend, you must evaluate the best applications based on your expertise and workflow. How much you know, how much you want to know, and what your goals are play an important part in defining the tools that will work best for you.

"For me WordPress is a #1 candidate, it's very popular and there are literally thousands of really cool plugins."
